Peruvian Cuisine 1

Let me start by saying...
PERUVIAN FOOD IS THE BEST!!!!!

The food Channel has included Peruvian gastronomy in its 2012 Trends Forecast, the top 10 food trends for this year. According to the Food Channel, Peruvian cuisine is "the next Big Thing on the ethnic culinary scene".

  • Potatoes 8000 Species of potato, which are native to the Andes region.
  • Peanuts, these are native to Peru, and were taken by Spanish and Portuguese merchants to Africa.

  2. esas papas larguita son super ricas... especialmente cuando se comen con ocopa o hapchi wowo... la oca no se si es un derivado de la papa , pero no me gusta mucho es medio dulce... y la papa pequena que la hacen secar no recuerdo el nombre se come con huevo tambien es delicioso... vivi 10 anios en Huancavelica la (sierra central) y la gastronomia es tan natural.. la leche super deliciosa. el choclo con quesito.. la pachamanca.. carnero al palo.. la sopa de mote ... el pan, el huevo completamente de un sabor mas rico que en Lima..
